PROCESSING TIMES
We use USPS to deliver our orders. Please allow all orders 1 to 2 business days to process before being shipped out (Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours from purchase). On Fridays, all orders purchased after 12 pm will not ship out until the following working day.
SHIPPING TIMES
Priority Mail Shipping Time: 4-6 days delivery from when the order was processed. DUE TO COVID 19 SHIPPING TIMES HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED. PLEASE BEAR WITH US ASWE TO MAKE SURE YOUR CBD IS DELIVERED PROPERLY.
WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED OUT YET?
Sometimes packages just aren't scanned into the carrier's system at intermediary stops, so it looks like nothing is happening. Other times, it's just the carrier running behind or performing additional transit safety measures based on the contents of the package. The package will show up delivered with no tracking history in some cases like this. It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind to allow them to move packages quicker than otherwise since additional scanning also means extra processing time.
IMPORTANT
Changes in the shipping address will not be accepted once your order has been placed. Only if the package is returned to us due to a "Wrong address – Return to sender" error will we try to arrange the order to be re-shipped to the new updated address.
