Many causes lead to dog anxiety. Separation from their loved human family, loud noises like fireworks or thunderstorms, travelling or long trips, illnesses or diseases, traumas such as abandonment, abuse, and other mistreatment, aging issues. They are more disposed to suffer than others. Also, some breeds have more propensity to canine anxiety: German Shepherds, Basset Hounds, Cocker Spaniels, Labrador Retrievers, Border ollies, some terrier breeds.
Dogs show they're not in a well-balanced mood with behaviors that sometimes might be overlooked: excessive barking or whining when left alone, shivering, panting, destroying furniture, escaping, digging, hiding or trying to escape, lack of appetite, random urinating, or excessive salivation are the most common symptoms of anxiety.

We currently sell Zenwag in the U.S.A. only. We are working on making it available in other countries soon.
Zenwag is available in 3 different strengths, each formulated depending on your dog's size. If your dog weighs less than 25 lbs., you should choose our 250 mg. tincture. If it's between 25 and 50 lbs., use our 500 mg. tincture. If it weighs more than 50 lbs., you should get the 1000 mg. tincture. We recommend using Zenwag with a low dose: 1-2 drops twice a day and then building up from there. If you know that your pet will experience a traumatic event (fireworks, being left alone, plane trip), administer 30 minutes in advance.
